Who we are

TechnoRides is the infrastructure of driving, a network layer that lets cities, fleets, agents, and merchants run regulated, interoperable mobility on shared rails. This policy covers the TechnoRides marketing site, the operator console, and the developer API (together, the “Service”), operated by TechnoRides.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the Service:

• Account information. When you create an account with email or sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and (from Google) your basic profile and profile picture. We use this to create and authenticate your operator account.
• Operational data. Content you create in the console (nodes, routes, ledger events, API keys) so the Service can function.
• Technical data. Log and device information (IP address, browser, and timestamps) used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

How we use your information

• To provide, secure, and maintain the Service and your account.
• To authenticate you and bind sessions to your device for security.
• To communicate about your account, including transactional email.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data & Limited Use

When you sign in with Google, we request the email and profile scopes only, enough to identify you and create your account. TechnoRides’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the Service or to comply with law.

How we share information

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, database, and transactional email), under contracts that limit their use to providing those services; and where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]; we will delete it unless we are required to retain it for legal or security reasons.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed credentials, scoped API keys, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of incidents where required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
