Terms of Service

Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and TechnoRides and apply to the TechnoRides marketing site, operator console, and developer API (the “Service”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights while using the Service;
• probe, scan, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours;
• reverse engineer or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls.

The developer API

API access is granted under keys issued to your account. You are responsible for calls made with your keys and must stay within applicable rate limits and quotas. We may change, deprecate, or suspend API features with reasonable notice where practical.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including information received through Google sign-in. By using the Service you also agree to that policy.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, with additional notice where required.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechnoRides is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
